Fire season STARTED on June 15th, 2026
Burn Permits are required for All Burn Barrels, Recreational Fires, open piles, and open burning
-Permits can be filled out online with the link HERE.
-Within the Rural Fire District (Outside of Gearhart City Limits) call the Oregon Department of Forestry to obtain a waiver during fire season.
